I eat 4-5 smaller meals a day, rarely "snack" while I am out showing houses. If we are still viewing around lunch time, stop and take clients out to lunch. I do drink 2-3 protein shakes a day and living in teh desert lots and lots of water. I always make sure to bring a cold Nygene full of water and will fill it up while showing properties.
