I am a team of three--me, myself, and I.

I used an assistant for many years at the office and my wife has served as an assistant at home.

At the office, I have a transaction coordinator to make sure the required paperwork is in order but I'm responsible for it.  Personally, it's all me.  For better, for worse.  

I have an amazing assistant.  With her help my team is able to focus on our clients and lead generation.

Yes, and yes from time to time. LOL, just kidding but there are times when I wonder what they are thinking.

You bet! Getting bogged in the $10 an hour stuff will consume all the time required to work ON your business as opposed to working IN your business.

My security system referred to as Sasquatch does many things.

I do not use a personal assistant and am basically on my own with my husband Steve Linahan, who is also a licensed realtor and we go it on our own.

Take your income for the year and calculate the hourly rate. Now ask yourself if you should be bundling postcards?

My experience with teams over 14 years is worse than with individuals. Less accountability, worse responsiveness.

So much more can be accomplished with good delegation.  I have several people who assist me.

On my own with my wife and we do considerable outsourcing which is a part of the Gig Economy.

I'm looking for one now to work part time. We are getting a transaction manager at our brokerage too.

I am on my own.  I need an assitant to help with the paperwork.

Too many restrictions for licensed assistants, and unlicensed assistants need to know what they can and can't do. I have never used one.
