The "Hurry, won't last" thing is especially weird when the property has been on the market for 433 days or so.
Poorly written property descriptions kind of bug me, but they do provide material for an occasional blog post.
Here are some commonly found errors:
Dinning room
Rot iron
Turkey
Backyard is entertaining (does it sing and dance?)

Ed - Anything that is deceitful to me gets me going. Something like 4 bedroom when you get there it only has 3, or spacious family room, and it is the smallest family room you have ever seen.

typos really irritate me. I've seen some I can't even repeat. Many times I've seen someone type "boathouse with wench", but I've never found her in the boathouse when showing one of those properties.

it isnt easy writing a great headline. ask any newspaper editor. i dislike the obvious ones 2200 sqft. . I would want to see those things that are not apparent. things that make me waana go see it. like " the view isnt just a view..it takes your breath away" or "the open feeling makes you never want to leave the great room"

The ones that raise my blood pressure are not typo and type ahead issues. Tt is when the agent is so spent they repeat what is already known,
3 bedrooms, 2 baths in this 1988 constructed pool home with 2210 square feet.
I agree, sometimes the house just doesn't have much going for it, but 'doesn't have much going for it' actually adds something.
'Motivated Seller, " "Must Sell," are not compromising the sellers position since you really don't know what that position is. SO, why not put in a offer and find out. That is all that those words mean and should not be taken literally.

"Seller already relocated, MUST SELL quickly!" Yes, that really is what the agent wrote in their MLS.
