I used to do that. Utimately it's an individual thing and a numbers game with the amount of agents in your firm. Now I just recruit producers.

No, seems that brokers are happy if they get office fee's and leave it up to the agent to either make sales or not. No requirement to sell in any brokerage I've worked.
