The better half trying to "clean" my desk!

Distractions... staying on task.  

My todoist app keeps me on track, digital signatures have helped a lot cutting down on paperwork. I just print everything once in the end for my records.

Task management.

The little stuff, forgotten, tends to grow big teeth.

I've been using TRELLO as a great (and free) collaborative tool to keep the little stuff in the basket and all things going in the same direction.

My desk and organizing my time. I get chewed out for a messy work space and tend to let listing sheets and notes build up.

I dont have any challenges because I stay organized.  I gave all bookeeping over to my CPA, which helped a lot.

Distractions, and constant moving between various offices and my mobile office.

Keeping myself under control.

My biggest challenge is my partner ;) I'm certainly not a neat freak, but it's a challenge to work so closely with someone who's significantly less organized than I am. 

Rich Gaasenbeek - staying organized itself is a challenge! However, most of my documents are electronic and saved in cloud so it's helping me a bit!

Time. I'm always against the clock, but I am very organized thank goodness.

Right now I believe we have everything running smoothly like a well oiled Rolex.
