I have an architectural photographer shoot mine.  Big difference that wins me listings and entices overseas buyers who cannot be physically present.

Good morning Jennifer. We have video done for all the homes we flip, I hire that done, but I narrate for the shoot.

I don't do it for REO properties or things that I think only an investor will by. For example I have to two listings right now under $25,000.  They will only sell for cash and need a ton of work.  I'm not paying for professional photos of those.  But I will do it for a $90,000 listing the same as a $750,000 listing.

definitely professional photograph= your seller is paying a lot of money for your services and deserves that level of service

I hire a professional photographer except for lease properties.

hmmm. i would tend agree with the others, but it COULD be a selling point in a listing presentation ??

I always use a professional.

I hire a professional photographer at a certain price point.  Anything under that price point I will take photos and edit them.  I took a class in photography and I had a good camera.

Hi Jennifer -- in most cases, I hire a professional.  When I don't it isn't necessarily because of price.   

I am the world's worst photographer and you really need great photos these days on the internet to capture someone's attention. I've been doing professional photos since 1999 and what I pay is totally worth it.

We use a professional photographer.  Pictures always look great.

 Good Tuesday morning Jennifer. There are a lot of folks out there who do need to hire professional photographers.

We hire a professional for properties above a certain price, and if they are "hard-to-shoot" properties. Otherwise we take our own with good equipment and bring our professional lighting.

I do my own but have invested in the right equipment and lighting and taken lessons and like the job I do.

I take my own photos.

I send one of my sons over with a camera, take lots and hope for a few prize winners.

I do all of my own photos. I don't even know if we have a professional real estate photographer in my rural area. 

I do about 80% of my own photos with an SLR camera and Adobe Photoshop to brighten them up, If it a big house and I want a floor plan I hire a service.

High end only

Depends on the dollar amount.  If it's over a million a pro or if it's a difficult property to photograph.  Otherwise, we do it ourselves.
