They do but more importantly Tierra Antigua Realty automatically lists all agents listings on MLS onto Listinghub which pushes it out to all online advertising sites like Homes.com, Realtor.com, Zillow.com, etc.  It helps.  I have recently been putting "comnig soon" on Zillow when I already have signed listing but exempt delay input into MLS.  On last couple of listings, had offer BEFORE we even listed on MLS, one for more than list price.

We have a fabulous one.  We ask for painters, electricians, people to hold our open houses, sometimes listings.  Anything real estate related.  If the seller tells you not to list until Sept 1 and it's August 15th, of course i'm going to let everybody who can hear me know about the listing.

We do have an intranet, and agent can post coming soon listing; however we don't normally see a 3 week gap before they hit mls.  Coming soon and hip pocket listings are not in the sellers best interest.

We had an internet several years ago but it did not work well and agents didn't check it. It went away. I do share upcoming listings with select agents.

Yes Keller Williams has internet and I can add listings, binding contract, current buyers I am working with and see training videos.
