1.5 hours.  I just could not shut myself up.  No I did not get the listing because the kids were there and did not want the parents to sell.  I've learned.  Now it's 20 minutes TOPS.

1 1/2 hours, it was for an estate & the executrix had an emotional attachment to the house so there were lots of questions/concerns.  I got the listing & sold it in 2 weeks

sounds more like a visit to the dentist office. but it appears most were successful.  in negoiations i try to not 1) ask questions that i dont know the answers too already (hard for listing appts)  2) try to remember sometimes the last one to speak.....looses.

2 hours and I had the listing about 15 minutes in.  We just chatted a lot.

I'm not sure, but I think it was a little over 2 hours.  And, yes, I got the listing.

2 1/2 hours, and decided I did not want the listing.  She even admitted she was lonely in the evenings, as her husband was out of town all week, and came home on weekends.   Actually never have seen the listing on the MLS, so maybe everyone made the same decision. 

2 hours. yes I got it but it was an estate with 6 siblings asking questions. Had to wait for the vote of who was going to be the one in charge lol.
