It's more of a brand building tool, it has helped me get someone to work with me 2 years after they found me because they liked the updates and read them everyday.

That is really hard to track, IMO. Has anyone come to me and said, "I want to work with you, because I saw you post on Facebook"? No. I can tell you that I get a lot of website traffic from Facebook and that's where my leads are captured. I've also had people say they want to work with me, because of all the promoting I do on social media. So, as I always say, Facebook is just one layer of my marketing system.

I have a Facebook page and I have a Facebook Business Page and in all the years I've had them I have gotten ZERO referrals.

We have a business page on FB but haven't received direct referrals from it. We use it for branding purposes - lots of clients interact with our page so we show up on their news feeds which means our faces get in front of more and more people all the time.
