We are ahead of laast year and will continue on as usual.

I've doubled my last year's production so I'm keeping a laser focus on what works.  I'm working less hours but increasing my average sales price with each transaction so that's the route I'm following.  My Seller referrals are steadily increasing so I will continue to treat them like the gold they are!

The same as in the first half.... Stay in touch with my data base.

I am diligently searching for parcels of land and the phones are ringing....deals are going together on single lots and small subdivisions that are approved and ready to go.... we are also working on a large tract of land that has the potential to be 50 t0 70 units.... the bottom line is that we had a tough winter with no new listings during our spell with 8' of snow.... now I'm biting the bullet and focusing on next year... our 2015 will end up fine but not spectacular... but we'll be on top of the heap in 2016 with new construction....

Sally and David -- I'm behind in my plan and there is some fine tuning and more focus in my second half strategy.  

More marketing to reach new prospects

I think I am ahead.  If it's not broke, don't fix it I say.  So I will keep doing what works.

We are ahead of schedule and looking to accelerate.  Looking to do more connecting with past customers and realtors for continued growth.

Northern Virginia has seen a roller coaster market for past couple years. Winters were harsh so we had a bit slow down. Spring came with some promising sales however summer things also slow down. Adjusting & constantly marketing and learning has been the way to survive for past few years.

I'm about the same...which is almost the worst motivator. Behind and I'd turn up the heat, ahead and I'm on a roll. Ugh

I'm behind from last year, but it's partly by design.  I'm working at making most of my business referral to my office and I just run the office and the marketing.

I surpassed last year last month, so this is gravy...am not letting up, though, am more motivated than ever!
