Convenience of shopping and restaurants, medical facilities, and a high quality of neighborhood.

The golf courses and they are cheap enough for me to be able to play every week.  Otherwise I'd move south..

 Good Sunday morning Joe. I like the fact that we do not have billboards all over town. No sign can be over 6 feet.

Live in two places, California & Florida. I do like Florida better; a much slower pace of life and affordable.

The weather, very little crime, lots of amenities, the beach.

I live in the country and it's quiet.  Not much traffic.

We chose to move to Charlotte, so I like it all--great climate, safe city, cosmopolitan city, good cost of living, great airports, etc.

Convenience to downtown Chicago , Evanston , or Milwaukee. All within 1/2 hour -1 hour drive. 

Location, no yard, and right across from a city park.

We enjoy Albuquerque as there is so much rich history here.  It's a very diverse place and always something to do.  Ah... then there is the wonderful year round weather.

Ironically, complete privacy and seclusion, yet convenience to everything we need.

Joe Petrowsky Virginia is full of history from Jamestown to Yorktown to Williamsburg, It has beaches in Virginia Beach and you can't beat living close to our Nation's Capital Washington.

The huge Lake Michigan, Joe. I love living neat it.

My family is here, other than that I could live anywhere and be happy.

the weather and sea

I like that it is quiet and there are lots of parks!  Johns Creek Ga has lots of sidewalks to walke to restaurants or shopping.  The one thing I dislike is the traffic.

Everything, it is hard to be specific, and mostly the close proximity to the ocean. 

I have my family very close and my parents and grandparents also made this town their home.... we have history here!!! makes it easy to do business....

The climate. San Diego offers the best weather in the country.

I have to admit there is no snow to shovel during the winter just sun.

 Plymouth has everything you could want in a town: warm sense of community, Art Center, Symphony, Performing Arts Center, great restaurants, shopping, history and miles of beaches.

The views. The climate both the heat and the cold. The variety of outdoor activities that are available and accessable. 

Ocean view and the air it delivers

I am close to the country and have easy access to conveniences of the city, and know many neighborhood streets by heart.

I am only 2 hours away from Yosemite National Park and the coast!

It's very affordable to live in my hometown and the people are very nice and friendly.

I love our small town atmosphere, with big city oprotunities at our finger tips just an hour away.
