It depends on who or where I am in the process and who I am talking to and representing . I am assertive for sure and can be aggressive when representing sellers in a short sale or bank in a REO listing . In normal sales transactions I use my knowledge and experience be persuasive enough to get the job done .

Good morning Jillian. Not sure being truly agreesive will work well in sales, who really wants to get sold?

I like to read the other agent and deal with them appropriatly to get the best deal for my clients. Each person is different, sometimes if you are aggressive they will just put up a world and make it hard, sometimes you have to be aggressive and it helps them get it done faster. Read and understand how each person you work with best helps to get it done.

Humble and consistent isn't exactly the trademark for a person in sales.  Selling a silk scarf or selling a property is the same.  Take a how to sell course and you will understand.

I think the word should be ambitious, and you do have to follow up without feeling like you are bugging potential clients.

Jillian La Rocque I think there is  difference between being aggressive and what I call a soft sell. Nobody likes a pushy salesperson. You have the right approach.
