I don't have the numbers but most are Realtors.

I would venture to guess that 30% are non realtors. I'm of course, neither.

Interesting question - here is what I found in Colorado (which represents almost exactly 1/50th of the country regardless of how you break it down)
Total Activerain members - 6,657
Agents, which also includes managing brokers and broker owners as well as commercial - 4,598 or 69%
Mortgage - 621 or less than 1%
the other approximately 1400 represent all other AR categories.
You asked about Realtors, assuming you meant all people that had a real estate license, in Colorado there are plenty of licensees that are not Realtors.

I am a Realtor and think most are. I've seen a few lenders around.

I would say at least 85% are real estate agents or brokers or were at one time.

I would have to agree with Joe. Not too many inspectors either. We too are the minority.

Good morning Jennifer. I have always been told the membership is made up of 80% Realtors, based on those that I follow, that would make sense.

I am a new Realtor (almost 3 months) and it is much harder than I imagined! So much to learn...but I'm hanging in there! Any advice?

Real estate vs loan officers is the easy part, how many of them are actually active is almost impossible
