I don't do Open Houses, so my response was zero (LOL!). But if I did do them, I wouldn't on holiday weekends such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. People are focused on other things.

Today is Father's day. Happy Father's Day!
I am having an open house today from 1-2:30 PM. I am anticipating a big turn out based on calls and emails. It's a new low priced "first home" listing so buyers are welcome to bring Dad (who might have to help out the kids with a "gift" toward their first home purchase even on his special holiday :-)

*Reporting back Open House update: 40 people attended my open house today. Quite a few fathers and one Grandfather who may be making an offer.
