The website that is the focus of this post is SeligmanAZ.US. I never expect to get big traffic as the market area is small and Seligman is a TINY town of less than 500 people. The presence of the Russian traffic is totally obscuring the real results I want to see.

I want to do some Facebook advertising and I want to be able to track the results. It has been nearly 120 degrees in Phoenix. I want to advertise NOW because Seligman is 15 to 20 degrees cooler.

I dominate the market there but I need to make some sales. I need to let outdoorsmen, nature lovers and preppers know about the area.

That's not really the main issue/opportunity. The key is to increase your presence in US/english. You prob. need more search traffic. Write great content and optimize for SEO. Write epic articles.

I don't think you can. These sites are not all suspicious. For example - my hot spot is hosted by an Eastern European company. If you access my site from my hot spot, it looks like someone from Hungary is accessing my website.
