In my resort market it is very gratifying to see the happiness in the customers we help actually realize that they have accomplished their dream of a vacation home.

Financial security for my family and me and to take care of them.  Not sure there always is a happy face though! LOL 

I have thought about this a lot the last year, and for me it's building a brand. When I am dead, I would love for my Winter Brand to still be around and be known for the best service in any industry I work in, be it real estate, education, consulting. 

I guess improving peoples life, helping them live better lives. 

I do that because it beats the alternative of not being able to get up in the morning!

because I like to eat good food and workout at the YMCA and both cost money....I also like to have a nice roof over my head and drive a high end vehicle.... should I go on??

In journalism "why" was not as important question as finding answers to

 " what" like " what else would you do?" Or "who" " who would you work for?" Or " where" like "where would you work ?" Or " how" like " how did you decide to do what your going to do today?" Or "when" like " when do you stop working?"

Type A personality here Michael.  I do it so I don't become a couch potato.

My big why is a BIGGER WHY NOT, there's too much to lose if you don't. Good still far outweighs bad and that's where the smile begins.
