That is a good question, and I am not sure of the right answer. I would hope that these FSBO's would at least pay the buyer's agent commission, otherwise what is the point of advertising to other agents in the MLS.

For a minute I didn't know what you were talking about. Personally, I don't think they should be listed. It's not a true listing and the purpose of MLS is for agents to share information about each other's listings.
