I'd like to hear of instances when title insurance saved the day for someone or provided a tremendous benefit (peace of mind is not the benefit I'm talking about)
Often I see people shell out thousands of bucks for something they never use and know nothing about. Would be nice to have examples beyond hypothetical scenarios of when title insurance saved the day for someone.
