No I don't.  I am pretty particular about what types of homes I want to list.

This is why I like to keep a digital recorder handy. I'll note the address there if it interests me and dig a little deeper. When priced right the relay goes out to customers.

I sit up and take notice at anything Real Estate, even when I hear the words buying or selling a home, in a restaurant.

I do pay attention to all signs. 

only for land.....if there's a home with a large vacant lot next to it, I'm all over that....

No but like Debbie Reynolds I think about possible buyers.

I do a mental calculation as to whether I have someone interested, what the price is, curb appeal and whether I will check it out online. So yes pretty much every time. 

Lol, as a Realtor?  I sure do.  Every directional, for sale, etc.

I do but usually only to see who's listed the property and if it's anyone I know.
