Tuesday is a better day as it gives me time to gather all the data, follow up on showings and develop a plan for the week. It also doesn't add one more thing to a super busy Monday either.

I like updating my clients on Tuesday as usually Mondays are crazy.

Clients should be updated as important information becomes available. 

Your own database should be updated with information on every phone call and email.

Whenever the daily hotlist dictates.

I would estbalish day and time at the listing appointment.

I update cleints regularly during the week.
