I like working with international buyers. I also like working with seniors. I do not mind to spend more time and make extra service( driving, printing vs digital, etc. ).

The clients that I avoid are those arrogant ''know-it-all".

A person who has trust in me. That is really it Debbie. If the buyer lets me be in the drivers seat and is loyal I will work very hard.

I love working with relocation buyers - they are ready to move, prepared, and preapproved.  It's a lot more work than regular buyers, but I love educating them on our local areas.

My favorite buyer is one that will listen to what I have to say and then proceed without any arguments or excuses.  One that is Friendly and has a sense of humor.  And lastly, has impeckable credit!

Has cash, knows what he wants and doesn't try and screw the seller.

Someone who is pre approved with a reputable lender.

I believe that some photos in the MLS can be false advertising.  If you are removing the electrical box in the front yard or the power lines in the rear you are most definitely falesly advertising.  If you are brighting a photo that was taken on a rainy day, that's another story.

Hungry for market info, hungry for knowledge, willing to understand the process.

As a Lender, I want Buyers that are eager and excited ... are good listeners ... and respond well and in a timely fashion to my directions.  If they have those attributes .. the rest will fall into place ...
