I'm actually ahead now.  first 3 months I was behind (due to weather which was worse than normal.  By end of April, I made that up and was about 2% of my goal and May was stellar.  I just need to keep this pace up through the summer and fall, so that I have enough saved up for the winter...esp if it's extra cold again.

We are ahead but do need to build a new site.  No time right now on the fly 16 hours a day.

I refuse to ever hit my goal, if I am getting close I make it higher. If I hit my goal I think I would slow down by default and that can't happen.

We are correcting everyday.  We never hit our goal, because Sandy always wants more!

By the end of March, I had hit my goal for where I wanted to be by the end of June.   I like having a little breathing room, because you just never know what the next quarter will be!  Stay the course!

I will increase my marketing budget and mail out post cards. 

We have been talking about buying a Turtle as a pet and now that I think about that is appropriate because that is how business has been for me but just like a turtle my business is slow and steady and I know I will win the race because business is picking up now.

we had a horrible winter throughout new england.... we were frozen solid.... not sure if we can make up this year what we lost....however, I'm focused on a killer 2016.... it will average out.... I'm finding land everywhere and we are putting land deals together.... now we have a few large tracts.... need to change the concept of a few of the approved parcels.... density is what we want and with all of the engineering done, the  redesign will be a piece of cake....
