In my opinion only, real estate books are like diet books.  You buy them for that authors opinion then they collect dust on your shelves.  At least with Kindle you can quickly delete.  Once you've read or skimmed the top guru's then I think it's a waste of time.  Real estate has evolved so much since even those books were written.  Sales are sales.  You can sell silk scarves or real estate.  Just get the basics of sales.  Marketing and the internet is a whole different story but again marketing silk scarves or real estate is the same.

I have not read eBooks . I used to listen to audiobooks while driving a long time ago but have not done so in years.

Good morning Tammy. I travel about 40 minutes to my office daily, so always have a book on tape that I am listening to, that I get from my local library. Often listen to many of the great classics.

I love to read, but have not read many (only 1 actually) real estate books.   I enjoy fiction novels.
