We're a city of 2nd home gated communities.  100% park in the garage.

99% it gets cold and snowy in Chicago Land.

Hi Paul - not sure I can say with any accuracy.  Of occupied homes on the market for sale, I bet the percentage of garages available for parking is highly diminished.  

Not sure about that but I can tell you I use mine 100% of the time my vehicle is home.

I think most of my clients use their garage, but have a neighborhood that has their oversized two car garage so full, there is no way anyone can park it there.  

If people have two car garages they often use just the one garage.  The otehr one is for storage. I would say 50%

Almost 100%. Here in Princeville garages are a requirement of our PUD and parking is not allowed on the street at night.

In my area it is high, mostly because many of my properties are rural with large sheds.

Here, with the cold and snow, virtually all.  I would agree with Noah Seidenberg .  Most here have entrances from garage into home, so much warmer to go in that way.  When it's warm, I see more outside.
