Sorry, Michael, this is not the response you want, but for me no after hours works ever! How do you define after hours for an agent? I'm often still working with people at 6pm or on a listing appointment. After that, it's home time!

Wednesday or Thursday.  The end of the week seems to wind down by then, although if I had to vote, I would go with Thursday.

Ask your customers what would be best.  Be careful about serving alcohol at your office. 

Wednsday aka "hump day" is when I would do it Michael. Here in SoFlo we mostly hold our brokers opens on that day so why not keep the party going!

Michael Thornton this is dependent on your invitees. Just run a Doodle poll and find out what works best for most of them! It may be difficult to get EVERYONE at the same time so you may want to alternate two groups on two different days in a month.

And yes, I love that practice - wish you were in my neighborhood....

Check for schedule conflicts and pick Wed. or Thurs. based on which one has the least conflicts for the most people. Sometimes there's a weekly evening meeting on one of those nights or a favorite TV show that will impact attendance.

I agree with others that Wednesday or Thursday may be your best choice.

Tuesday through Thursday at happy hour is a good time to attract networkers. 

Develop a list of your local company owners and CEOs to invite to your functions.

Mondays work, becasue then you will end up with a better stash of booze for your home afterwards!
