Michael Thornton this is dependent on your invitees. Just run a Doodle poll and find out what works best for most of them! It may be difficult to get EVERYONE at the same time so you may want to alternate two groups on two different days in a month.

Check for schedule conflicts and pick Wed. or Thurs. based on which one has the least conflicts for the most people. Sometimes there's a weekly evening meeting on one of those nights or a favorite TV show that will impact attendance.
