Hello Charles i love to see and hear motivational videos but i do it my self for me;i dont need someone else personally motivating me , we need to want to achieve what ever goal we have decided on and have to be self motivated to achieve it some one else cant get us there.have a great end of month

Oh yes absolutely! I am very competetive by nature and just looking at the leader board motives me-I must be on the top or I am not happy! Client/customer satisfaction also keeps me motivated because they are the one's that keep me on the top of the game.
