No, i am finding there are some good appraisers and mor ethan often bad ones that should retired or be retired. The new policy on choosing them often brings in out of town and even out of state appraisers who can butcher a deal.

When an appraisal goes wrong, I figure it's a rogue or lazy appraiser.
