The way I convey the information depends on the seller.  They always get the truth and most often the unsanitized version.

I usually copy and paste the comments, unless they are really awful, and then I say the buyers were not interested.

I don't sugar coat much.  

I try to be honest and at the same time respectful.  I would not sugar coat; however I would not be mean spirited.

The facts please just the facts! Actually it depends on my relationship with the seller and which side of the deal I am on.

We believe that our clients deserve to know the truth. If it's an email or a text, we copy it to them. However, if it's totally nasty...I may tweak it just a little if I know the seller is sensitive.

Good morning Debbie. Not a simple question, but knowing the professional that you are, I would trust your judgment as to handle any feedback.

Debbie - I guess I most often just tell the sellers exactly what I was told in an attempt to be completely honest.

Depends on the seller.  Always honest, but not always word for word and blunt even if the feedback was.

Most of the time I will give it as I have it, unless it is a bit rude I will soften it,.

It defeats the purpose of feedback to sugarcoat a showing.  Tell it how it is!

I guess sellers press their agents for feedback after a showing. But what do they expect, their house is what it is, why tell them it's in the wrong neighborhood, the configuration isn't right etc. None of these things can be changed. Maybe a "someone is smoking in the house and it turned my sellers off" is helpful.  But in my opinion, feedback should be geared to the agents, though, such as "an offer is coming" is nice, better than "my clients made an offer on a home down the street."

Debbie, I am very very straight and honest, especially if the feedback includes items they can improve upon. 

Perhaps a blend of both...I would give feedback in my own words.

If I am forced to give a feedback, I give it lots of sugar or merely say, "they've just started looking".  I do not hold much weight in either giving or receiving feedback.

I'll share feedback with my Buyers that is constructive.

The only feedback that truly matters is an offer -- everyone has an opinion but a written offer is putting some financial thought into their feedback.

No need to sugar coat showing results.  We set up the sellers to receive all comments - which should reinforce the true asking price - especially if it is overpriced.

I give the truth but sometimes you have to soften it a little but be sure to get the point across from the showing feedback.

They truth.  However, if my buyers made snide comments about the home, I don't convey those.  Only useful nformation.

Quoting others is great, that way you convey the message you've probably tried to get across yourself and this time in a more direct way e.g. the buyers didn't like the popcorn ceiling.
