I have tried landvoice.. The numbers were pretty accurate if you payed the extra money for the "best" plan. The way the data is delivered to the user is terrible. I'm talking to RedX now as in this morning and yesterday about the packages. I hate being forced into 3 or 6 month commitment and with Red X you either commit to the 3 or 6 month period or you have to pay a setup fee for the first month and it's over $100 so I'm going to end up doing the 3 month period for FSBO's and Preforeclosures.
