Yes.  FB has brought us 3 closings this year alone.  In fact listing one today due to FB.  Debbie really works her personal page and it brings us clients!

Our clients talk about Evelyn Johnston  and Larry Johnston  all the time! I also scan client pages to see what they have to say about our services and I mention them in posts when something great is happening in their lives. They get featured as our cover photos each month and they seem to really like and appreciate that. This is a business facebook page, not personal, so everything here is professional. I copy and paste all those comments and with permission, publish and add them to buyer and seller packets. I am always pleased to see the comments and the replies from others about Friends & Neighbors Real Estate. Many leads have come from facebook, because these days, it's faster than a phone call!! It has the potential to be seen by hundreds of people who may not have known you existed, that's a great thing!!

I have had a few clients tag me with nice comments, or recommend a friend to call me with their real estate questions.   

No, and that could be a good thing most of the time, since usually, we only hear complaints from people, rarely compliments unless solicited.

I would never allow a customer to have access to posting anything what so ever on my Facebook page.

Not that I know of.  However, the day is not over yet...

On accasion and also on LinkedIn. Typically, it's a past client who makes a really complimentary comment.

Not much that I have seen, but not really worked it that way.  I also think investors tend to fly a little more under the radar.  

I have a couple of younger clients who have 'friended' me on Facebook.  I think it is a GREAT thing that they praise my on their pages, which allows me to then put it on my professional page.  It is a great tool for that.  

I do know that those tables can be turned if I do not do a good job, so I make it a point to ALWAYS do a good job!

I have ask some of my past clients to post a recommendation but they have not. Most people like to keep their business Private.

I am finding Facebook to be very helpful for generating referral business. I don't see my clients 'talking' about me, but I do see them contacting me with referrals. This seems preferable to me!

Yes, I get business from Facebook...when clients tag me in a post, it can reach thousands of people. It is a great way to get your name out there.

We have many customers that spontaneously recommend us in the Moms groups.

We are going to try to get more picts of customer's floors and then tag them and encourage them to share with their friends.  Just starting this week/next.

Ha!  Yes.  All the time.  A lot of the times they will tag us thanking us for helping them sell or buy.  It's the best form of advertising, especially when we don't even ask them to do it.

Yes - and thus far all the talk has been good. I currently have one transaction ($475K) scheduled to close on June 22nd that is a direct result of a referral from 2 differnt FB friends. I also will be listing another around the end of the month in the $625K range.

Yes, usually on our business page after a closing or in our community group. So far all good!

Sometimes  they do comment and it is usually positive about my post. I have gained a couple of clients from the post.

FB works but you need a strategy, knowledge, money and constant testing. Hire a pro to handle all social media verticals while you make money, sounds easy huh?

Yes and it makes you smile. Normally when people are asking for advice. 

What is more odd is when you see two clients in a community page talking and they have no idea you are the "Kevin Bacon 6 degrees of separation" person. LOL

Unless they tag you or they o it on your personal or business page you wouldn't know.

But yes, I have received compliments on Facebook. The ones out of the blue I enjoy the most.

They most definitely do with me and I keep him informed daily on my Facebook page.

I have had some mention me, but they also mention you too.

I have had them say nice things and post after a closing what a great agent I am. They tag me so i see it. Now if there is anything bad I haven't seen it.

I am sure they do behind my back... thats why I call them Facebook friends.
