Our clients were having a good time...we had plans, but ended up vegging and enjoying ourselves.  We enjoyed the rest. A

I'm sure they were enjoying themselves, I did.

Got two listings under contract and one buyer, but did have Sunday off to buy flowers and plants for the garden. 

I had no buyer clients that wanted to look at homes. I did talk with some of my sellers by phone.

My team members each had new business....but our business was local...Lorraine had a listing call....Tammy was working a new buyer referral from her last sale....Eric had a call on one of his lots.....

It was fairly quiet for us this past weekend.  Though, we did have a little activity.

Had to wait for the police to take a report, and forensic tech to check for fingerprints (none of value) after a showing agent reported the A/C missing and smashed back door window from my vacant, empty listing.  Owners out of state.  Sigh.

Just about everyone (including me) in South Texas was rained in this past weekend!!

Did family stuff part time, and working on a new listing the other part. Long weekends tend to be very busy for me because other agents are not reachable. I kid you not, buyers are in the area and want to see homes NOW, not wait for a call back after they leave the area. You think buyers think ahead and schedule appointments? Well, maybe some, I get some that don't.

I had out of town clients that came into town. I worked for them on Saturday. 

Sorry to say they were.  But, then again I got to spend time with my family.
