I'd hate to stake my career on them!  They do come in occasionally but I don't know too many Buyers who still drive around the neighbourhoods.  Many of my Sellers do not permit signs!

I do have Text Riders on my signs and people do like those but usually it is just to satisfy the nosy neighbours :)

Not very often... some of my best properties sit on quiet cul-de-sacs with little traffic going past them.

Not as much....way more calls from other source of marketing.

Yes Chris, this past week, I received 3 calls on a listing that has recently gone under contract and am currently helping a couple who are looking for a similar home because they were not represented by an agent.

Absolutely, all the time. Sold several that way recently and within days of listing.

In Denver many buyers are driving neighborhoods waiting for signs, and yes we do get calls! 

Yes I do. I put feature sheets on the signs and some call with even more questions pr for a showing.

Nope.  Plenty of calls from other sources of marketing, but signs?  Has not happened in a while.

Whats a sign? lol.  Our developments don't allow them and the city of Naples only allows open house signs on the property on Sunday between 1-4, thats all.
