it's 100% replacement.... and I hope you call a "public adjuster" to handle your claim.... ask Conrad Allen what his experience was.....and it's never too late unless you've settled and cashed the check....
Good morning Debbie. Fortunately I have an agent (referral partner) that is very proactive and always stays on top of all my coverage.
I was thinking of this when reading your blog Debbie, should call and see. So busy, do not even think of this!
My home policy is up for renewal. I will be checking it and updating as needed.
I check every year
I do, replacement cost is one of the most important coverages to have. With all the wind and heavy rains in South Texas, the phones will be ringing off the wall with roof calls.
I even heard a landlord had a fire from illegal use of running an urban indoor farm. It is important to inspect the home regularily making sure the use was proper.
We also need to have property fire protection, alarms, circuit breaker etc making sure our homes are safe.
yes and only by having a fire at my beach house where the neighbor piles boxes in the attic on top of the bathroom fan causing the fire. i learned alot battling insurance.
This is a good reminder for us all.
I do as I used to manage insurance functions in the corporate world as just one of my responsibilities. I have a very fine tuned interest in making sure I'm properly insured for my home, my car, my possession when I move, etc.
Thank you for the reminder. I will call some of my clients who have rental property to remind them to check insurance.
Good morning Debbie. Smoke does do terrible damage. We do an update on ours annually.
We have a great Agent and friend who keeps us up to date on our coverage.
Debbie Reynolds The answer is probably not. Thanks for the reminder.
