Wenceslao,

It depends on the market place, and where you place the ad.  Selecting the right vehicle is key.  A

Wenceslao Cortes - well, I'd say Internet as I use Internet Marketing.

However, referrals is the best way to generate the business.

I do some of both, but concentrate much more on the Internet.  There is still a place for magazine and print advertising.

I haven't done real estate magazine ads in years and years. When they stopped paying for themselves with calls and leads I stopped. And it hasn't affect my business or ability to sell my listings one iota.

I am a book reader, will never do the Kindle thang. Conversely, I prefer my periodicals online so I can achieve the good articles and save a tree with 80% of each magazine that's advertising and junk.

Given only those choices the real estate magazine should not be considered.

Of course you know and I know and everyone reading knows "INTERNET" as you use it has NO MEANING.

In what way do you plan to exploit the internet? YouTube Videos! Ok. Will they be educational, home tours, community tours, How to, or inspirational videos on the internet?  They can all work, but what is the result you need?

Do you get my point regarding internet is to COSMIC to be meaningful.
