to tell you the truth this kind of things happened most of the times when people are in trouble but they don't research , they just jump in because they like what they heard with their eyes close and suffer the bad consequences of not checking with other Realtor or even a real estate attorney.their biggest escuse is that they dont want to spend 200 plus an hour at the end it cost them more money because they get riped off.good question; have a great day

The news media does nothing these days but perpetuate all the bad things that go on in the world and that is why I refuse to watch the daily news anymore. All you ever see is crime, killings, and someone getting caught doing something illegal, oh, and the weather and a sports update.
