There are those fast talking guy who will charge you $400 per hour to critique your presentation, watch the marketing plan etc. But I your manger is ultimately responsible to help you. It is easier for anyone to state your are not spending enough marketing on reach out, making 100 cold calls a day..... I think you need to have a business plan each quarter and review what you have accomplish and what you need to do next....

Since this is BUSINESS coaching, the lead generation is the home run. The problem is, EVERYONE is taking my business to the NEXT LEVEL through lead generation. So my disappointments are so great, it creates a barrier for the next coach.
You will need to repackage the initiative and, my suggestion would be, focus on tailoring the business to match the genius of the agent, then create the methods that are natural to that agent. Agents are exhausted of being treated as fish trying to climb a tree.
