I have always preferred to work with buyers. You know that you will have a transaction when you finish with them and you do not  have to deal with unrealistic or unprepared home sellers.

I like working with buyers.  It's great to help someone find their new home.

Sellers, for sure! I still do more buyers, but the great thing about listings is that you do all of the research and create a presentation before you enter it into the MLS, and after that, easy sailing.

With buyers, there are many more variables, and the target is always moving.

Sellers are more committed than Buyers (for the most part).

All things being equal, I'd lean toward sellers.

Because I did not get the gift of a good or even marginally decent sense of direction, sellers are easier.

Jokes aside, I like working with people I like and those can be buyers, sellers or both.

If I had my pick, I would say sellers. Just because I can handle more of those at one time.

I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I love listing homes and forming relationships with sellers, but I also find working with buyers very rewarding. Especially first time buyers. It's so special to get them into their first home, and they forget it. I get a lot of repeat buyer business.
