just looking back through some of the old Q & A from almost a year ago, not sure why this question didnt seem to get many replies. I post a few trying to get others to view lethbridge real estate blog that I write on, but it seems many just slip through the cracks here.
I don't speculate what I will make based on the volume closed. I used to but no more. Now I just work as hard and smart as I can and know the business will come if I am consistent and treat people right. And the money will follow and there will be plenty of it.
The commission split is the key. For me it also moves with avg price.
If homes have appreciate 20% then I know my income will rise accordingly.
If you work for a realty wanting arm and leg w/o giving much in return it is worth to shop around for a better split company.
