I want to see the words preapproved and sufficent funds needed to close without a long list of conditions that could kick it out. I don't need to see FICO scores or amounts of cash in the bank.

I dont want to see any of the buyers personal information. However, here in the state of Arizona we need to submit a signed (by lender and buyers) AAR Pre-qualfication form. Pre-approved? Means very little to nothing, sellers will not even look at an offer without the pre-qualification form.
