While not as flamboyant as Top Producer, RealtyJuggler is very app to doing just that. It comes with flyer/post card templates that you're able to send out via "fancy email" through Mail Chimp (associated) for $99yr... Great for all aspects of Real Estate... I use it to manage properties.
