Absolutely if she got a great deal for a otherwise good property. Vermiculite insulation with asbestos could be safely removed, one must be careful of being exposed to any disturbed asbestos product to avoid inhalation.

No. That is Toxic with Class Action Suits going on it right now, and because many have gotten so sick because it was not handled or removed correctly. You need to trust that who you hired to replace it really knows what they are doing.
