Our preferred title company offers outstanding service. An attorney always handles the settlement. They make sure that everything that is needed to be done has been done to stay on schedule.

Close in a timely manner for a decent price.  Amen.

My preferred title company will close whenever & wherever.  If it's convenient for a client to meet them at 10pm on a Friday at a McDonalds, they'll make it happen.  They bend over backwards to make sure my clients are taken care of and never inconvenienced, even when it's an inconvenience to the title company.

How they present the closing means a lot.  Do they shuffle the papers over, or do they explain more of what is written.  Buyers and sellers usually know they have to sign, but they do want the gist of what they are signing!

I use several great closing company. They offer service before, during and after to all parties involved.

Depends on the title company. There is one here that hands out gift baskets and also pays for the home warranty for new buyers. and they take time to explain what everything on HUD-1 means. Did you mean What are some....?

They do what they say  they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it.  No last minute surprises.

They communicate well and work well ahead of the closing date to make sure they won't be holding it up.
