As an agent, broker, team leader, agent/broker coach, growth consultant and manager, I have to say "it depends".

I've worked with and analyzed results (anyone following me or knows me understands that I'm a data hound) for TP, Infusionsoft, Buffini, Realty Juggler, Salesforce (there are 3 RE iterations of Salesforce), Comm Inc, FollowUpBoss, Zurple, and 3 or 4 more systems that I can't remember right now.

Each CRM system has value, but it depends on what you need as an agent, team or brokerage.

No CRM is going to operate on autopilot, although all of the systems advertise that you can put your business on autopilot. They all require maintenance and updates and a full understanding and management of their capabilities.

Your CRM needs to work with your overall strategic, business and operations plan. Are you trying to grow? Then I say Infusionsoft. Are you trying to tap into your referral base? Then I say TP. Are you trying to capture and nuture leads? Then I say Comm Inc or FollowUpBoss. Are you trying to manage your transactions? Then I say Realty Juggler or REThink.

Are you looking for one system to do everything? Infusionsoft or REThink for 100 - 300/transactions or Salesforce for 300 - 500 transactions. Over 500 transactions, then you need a custom system.

If you're like me, 20 - 40 transactions/year, with 100-200 past clients, then gmail, outlook, contactually, constant contact, mailchimp work great if you set it them up correctly.

I used Top Producer for 16 years.  It worked great for me. Then 5 years ago a Remax agent shared something with me FAR better and less expensive.  Wouldn't go back to TP... This is incredible!

I love selling houses!!!St. Louis, MO 314-703-1311

Top Producer by far!!!  I have TP6i- In own the little disc it came on...  lol.  I am using a 6 year old laptop while my new one has become the "living room" laptop.  This is due to my program being incompatible with the newer operating systems...  I have a hard time paying 600.00 a year (for the online version) for something I already have.

Tried websitebox.com's CRM- not my style and not easy to navigate.  When I called for technical assistance with my email- they told me to change my email address rather than fix my issue.  Canceled that one.  I am going to follow- I am still searching for a new one myself?

Using Buffini right now. Great program!! Love the ease of the system and being able to monitor and track daily goals without having too much clutter on the screen.
