I like working with buyers because they are so excited, They are finally realizing an often life-long dream of owning a second home or investment property on the Outer Banks. It's fun to assist them in making their dream come true...

I like working with sellers because they have enjoyed their time owning a home here, but they usually have a pressing need to sell...and I really enjoy assisting them in getting to the next leg of their journey in life.

It's an interesting cycle of beginnings and endings, and I wouldn't want to miss either end of it. 

I take what I can get Debbie. I have been 80 to 90% of a buyers agent until this year when I turned it around and that was a goal. I hope to make 2015 my strongest year ever and will tell you the totals around the end of the year.

HAVE 5 CLOSINGS. SHOWED "0" home YTD.   It is the time spend on each deal that counts not how many homes one showed or wrote contracts.

We appreciate working with both.  Debbie really likes marketing new listings. 

SELLERS!!!!  More control over the transaction, and fewer liars.

Buyers for sure.  Higher close rate, higher average size and much more fun as they make a bigger transformation.  They are excited about the new home and what it will become.

Good morning Debbie. For me the answer will be both, as the result of as purchase or sale will normally produce s need for a mortgage.

Debbie - I work both, but it just seems that working with buyer, they may appreciate your services a little more. Sellers are the ones paying for your service, and they may not always be satisfied with the price they get, or the time it takes to close.

I  prefer working with buyers.  They get more excited than sellers.

I like working with both buyers and sellers. I've closed several this year with first time buyers and it was very rewarding. I also like working with sellers and showing them my marketing skills. I can go either way. 

Debbie, I can't generalize on this question.  It really depends more on the client than whether they are buyers or sellers.

Debbie Reynolds I always preferred working with sellers/lessors. However, I also like the challenge of working with buyers/lessees.

I have always preferred working with buyers. Buyers often provide a greater financial reward for your time and cost. 

Sellers, easier to manage my time.
