Pat and Wayne in answer to your question; If a vendor should rebut and not just supply the document requested, just move on to the next one and be safe.

I worked for two large websites and one small site. They require you to have proof of automobile insurance but there was never a requirement on photographer liability insurance. Most professional photographers charge arm and a leg on homes. The RE photographers are mostly realtors and students.
