well thats a good question, i know i am successful other peers call me a top producer i dont to me a top producer is some one that does on his own 48 deals a year or 4 a month, last year i closed 20 and  this year on track to 22 to 24. so probably numbers would be the measure i use. thanks Rich have a great day
