the best advice anyone can give you is to NOT use canned postcards from a cataglogue..... everyone else is using the same card!!! buy publisher or a similar program and create your own....that's what I've done for decades....I have the same layout (template) for just listed, sale pending and closed another one cards..... I change the agent's name and #, the photo of home and the address....
free market analysis cards change every time I send them.... same layout....different theme... holidays or seasons....

You are just a few keystrokes away from many choices. Even folks like VistaPrint and Quantum mail can provide you a library of postcards to use.
My franchise provide a gigantic library for direct mail including postcards.
Nearly every CRM has an affiliate that makes post cards easy to create and send. If you clicked a little more you will see the USPS has an affiliate you can use.
For those off the wall opportunities I use a program call Create-A-Card. You will discover, it is less expensive to use the services than to print your own card.
Now, there is much more to an effective direct mail program than getting the address and a card. I trust you have invested in the training required to create compelling copy, an urgent CTA and getting past the RSA. It is in those things that magic happens. I have experienced unbelievable response rates from micro mailing which resulted in more leads than I ever experienced in the thousand of addresses plan.
