Lise Howe We inquired about it among other Rainers and received no feedback, so 'Back-Burnered' it. I suspect, it works for agents with a team and many listings, but wee have no problem with client communications, nor work flow. We do like their Property Specific websites, but do the gains outweigh the cost?

Who knows, because no one seems willing to discuss it and this was even when we were KW agents!

I wanted to follow up about Brivity since it seems to be a hot topic as of late.  I worked with Lise to set up her account and throughly enjoy working with agents to get the program up and running so that it fits their business.

Brivity can work for solo agents as well as smaller and large teams.  What we do we do well!  We help Manage, Market and Communicate Listings and Pendings as well as clients.

my team isn't set up that way.....I want individual production and each team member needs to focus on closing new business....I do the lead generation....I make the phone ring....they do the deals....
