Absolutely!  The Buyer's attorney should be notified as well.  It is dangerous for the Buyers to be in that home.  The Seller certainly appears to face consequences for non-disclosure and I think the Buyer will be able to get out of this deal, with damages.  Again, consult an attorney.  It is a health hazard for anyone to live in that kind of home.

I wonder about the new buyers.  Do they have a new baby, children? The listing agent should be liable for not disclosing it .

I would guess that they are going to find out sooner than later, if there are neighbors around.

If the listing agent knew this fact it required disclosure. I'd talk to my broker about reporting the agent. IMO that's a serious violation and also a potential lawsuit.

How did you find out? Were you the buyer agent? I would first tell my broker and ask him to get involved whether it is my buyer or not. I hope I never run into such a situation. Don't you think you have to call the police.

In one word, yes!  Meth houses are toxic waste sites. If it is not been cleaned, then somebody will be liable.

Yes. Was this an REO? In my area this must be disclosed by the listing agent if known.

I absolutely would. I almost listed a meth house when I was a "newbie" and was clueless. Luckily, I was saved from that experience in my first couple weeks.
