I like getting my inspection reports as soon as possible. My inspector generally has it to be by the next day.

No more than 48 hours at the latest if received in the AM by the second day. We have six days to respond so that doesn't leave much time if it is receiced on the third day or after.

24-48 hour turnaround is what I usually encounter, but many of the inspectors I work with most get the report out that night. Technology helps them achieve that quick turn-around.

We get ours the same day, most often within two hours, always. If we are close to the deadline and let them know ahead of time they finish the report while at the home and mail it upon completion.
